South London quartet Bleach Lab, have released their latest dreamy single 'Sleep'.
With only three releases to date, indie band Bleach Lab are establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with; taking inspirations from the likes of Mazzy Star and The Smiths, Bleach Lab have created their own introspective yet emotionally soundscape.
'Sleep' is a fresh taste into what the band can immerse the listeners into as the lyrics fall into place like distant memories and the hazy sound opens your eyes to a relationship that has always felt like a nightmare.
Guided by the lead singer Jenna Kyle vocals which she describes the single: "a story about the breakdown of a long-term relationship and the thought processes that you may follow as you begin to emotionally remove yourself from it." Kyle masks the heartbreaking lyrics of a very personal and relatable nature that will echo with anyone who has experienced a relationship gone wrong.
Originally hailing from Buckinghamshire, South London based Bleach Lab have continued to gain support across the board from BBC Introducing. With their lush and mysterious single 'Sleep', a significant new addition, it's no wonder they are being tipped for a big future.
With plans to release their debut EP later this year, don't forget to check out their latest single here.
