Birmingham newcomers DAME continue to bless our ears with the perfect self-love anthem within 'Bite'.
Through the depiction of influences such as MUNA and Pale Waves, the rising four-piece put their own spin on alt-pop throughout their first offering of 2021. As they keep to their trademark of glitzy productions and bittersweet vocal tones, DAME delves into the exploration of anti-love and bring a different introspective to life from their previous single 'Cold Water'.
Speaking about 'Bite', lead vocalist Shannon Farmer said: "'Bite’ is the ultimate anti-love song that will make you want to turn the lights down and the volume up. It’s all about taking control and getting what you want, setting your standards high and putting yourself first, forgetting your emotions and embracing the moment. It’s a big tease."
From the adolescent life of university to establishing themselves within the Birmingham music scene, DAME continues to expand their horizons across the UK and storm the rest of the music scene with 'Bite'.
